Leading Nollywood star, Osita Iheme
famously known as Pawpaw is a year older today, February 20.
And to make his day very special,
the Imo State government, where the multiple award winning actor hailed from,
named a crescent after him in Owerri. The gesture they stated was in
recognition of his many good works for the state and the nation.
In a brief chat with us, the elated
thespian said the honour was a well deserved birthday present from his state
government.
“I’m delighted and deeply touched by
this great honour done me by my people. I’m still in Owerri working and
celebrating. But there will be an after party once I breezed into Lagos early
next week.’’
